My Why

As a former Division I athlete, I’ve always understood the importance of fueling the body for peak performance; however, I was never quite sure how to do so sustainably. I partook in nearly every nutrition and health + wellness trend there was. It wasn’t until I faced my own health challenges that I truly realized the transformative power of food and lifestyle. That journey ignited my passion for holistic wellness and deepened my understanding of how nutrition impacts not just physical health, but also mental clarity, energy, and overall well-being.

My Mission

My mission is to guide individuals on a journey toward lasting wellness by combining science-backed nutrition with intuitive, personalized strategies. True healing begins with a holistic, integrative approach—one that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Through this approach, I help my clients break free from overwhelm, regain balance, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels nourishing and empowering.

Credentials

I received my bachelor’s in Public Health. Following graduation, I received a master’s in General Psychology (MA). In addition to being a certified holistic nutritionist, I am a certified health and wellness coach. I have specialized training in gut health nutrition and weight loss coaching. I am currently in the process of completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and a Master of Public Health (MPH).
